Verse of the Day

  • Jude 1:24-25
Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

MIddle School Ministry Mission Statement:
To create a place where middle school students can
connect with God, grow with others, and serve the world.

Sunday morning live  (SML)

SML is a Sunday morning class designed to give students in grades 6-8 an opportunity to participate in a small group of peers, led by a caring adult.  You will be challenged to grow deeper in your faith, as we dig into Scripture and discuss how to apply the things  we are learning to our daily lives.  Scripture memory is an impotant element of SML

Sunday mornings, 9:00-10:30 am;  Pleasant Valley Church, room 206

Remember to work on your weekly W.O.R.D. memory assignment.

the net

The Net is a friendly, welcoming, dynamic evening were we engage students with games, videos, music and large group lessons that will introduce them to the life that Jesus calls them to.  Snack and fellowship time at the end allows you to connect with one another and with an adult team membert.  Bring your friends each week!

Wednesday nights 7-8:30

Service Opportunities

Parents, we need your help!
If you would like to support the ministry in some way, here are our needs.

1. Sound Tech:  Because sights and sounds are so important in engaging today's teenager, we are looking for a regular weekly tech at our Wednesday night program.  We would need you from 6:45-8:15.  You will be trained.  Contact Jenn ASAP if you would like this role.

2. Snacks:  Each Wed. night our program ends with a snack time.  This is an important part of making connections with kids, and giving them last minute encouragement for the week.  To cut down on costs, we rely on parents to provide treats each week.  If you would like to sign up for a week, please contact our snack coordinator, Wendy Aufderhar; This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it

3. Staying Updated:  Our ministry is so much more effective when we can connect parents as well as students.  We have a parent email that gets sent out regularly.  To subscribe to thes updates, please email Jenn; This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it and put "MSM parent" in the subject line.  Your email will then be added to the list and you will begin receiving updates about needs, events, and prayer request
