MISSION STATEMENT

To provide a caring, compassionate ministry, rooted and grounded in Jesus’ command to love on another and to carry each other’s burdens.

SERVICES
It is our desire to serve those in the Pleasant Valley Church family who are homebound, partially homebound, no longer able to drive, living in nursing homes, hospitalized, or living with chronic or terminal illness.

We will cheerfully provide service to others in a confidential manner.

*Visiting and encouraging people by giving them a listening ear and providing support in practical and spiritual ways.

*Arranging transportation to church and doctor appointments as needed.

*Praying and sharing our faith.

*Sending notes of encouragement.

*Providing information about services available in the community including Hospice care.

If you are someone who wants to minister to others in obedience to God and to share the love of Christ by helping others in a confidential manner, we encourage you to consider being a part of the Care Ministry Team.
