Prayerwërks
On Sunday mornings, in your bulletin, you’ll find a tear-out response card which has a spot for prayer requests. Fill it out and place it either in the offering plate or in the basket between the doors in the Ministry Center. Requests will always be confidential and may be submitted anonymously if you wish. Then, on Tuesday evenings at 7pm, Prayerwërks meets, and lifts up all the requests to our Lord. We invite anyone interested to come be a part of the prayer time.
During the year other major prayer concerns may come up and we cover them through volunteer efforts including round the clock prayer and fasting.
E-mail Prayer Chain
The e-mail prayer chain is made up of people who regularly check their e-mail and desire to be part of the prayer team. Praise and prayer requests will be sent via e-mail allowing you to pray and respond if you wish.
If you have a personal prayer request or would like to pass on requests from others, we have a contact person for you to e-mail or call. They will in turn pass the information along to everyone on the team. Sensitivity and care will be taken to provide confidentiality in prayer requests when needed.
Norma Plank is our contact person.
Contact her to relay prayer requests. She maintains a data base of all participants and will send a “mass mailing” as needs arise.
We ask you to commit to checking your e-mail daily.
* We strongly suggest participants make sure that they have “virus” protection on their computers. If you need assistance installing it, we can help.
* Since e-mail isn’t always “private” some prayer requests may be less specific to protect requested privacy; but God knows the details anyway, right?
* If you don’t have a computer but would like to participate, we will have someone attempt to contact you by phone.
Thank you for your interest in this important ministry. We pray that you will be blessed by your participation as you bless others with your prayers.
