The Winona Area Chamber of Commerce has teamed with the Alliance Card  company in The SmartTown Program in order to promote local shopping and build community loyalty, while generating funds for Winona non-profit organizations.

With every purchase at participating businesses, this FREE program gives cardholders cash rebates and generates cash for the non-profit organization of their choice.

The SmartTown card is not a credit or debit card and can be used by anyone, age 10 and above.  You simply pay for your purchase at participating Winona merchants as you normally would, then  present  your SmartTown card.  Based on a percentage of the purchase price, a cash reward will then be split 3 ways: 1/3 to the chosen non-profit organization, 1/3 cash back on the card to use at any participating merchant, and 1/3 to Alliance Card.

Cards, pre-designated with Pleasant Valley Church as the non-profit beneficiary, and the list of participating merchants are available at the Information Center. The PV Pipeline -
By popular demand, we have returned to the original pipeline procedure. Emails of ads and requests are sent out to the PV masses. If you would like to submit something for the PV Pipeline, or get your name on the distribution list, contact the church office.

To view the most current bulletin, click the link on the home page. To view or down load previous bulletins, you must first register, and log in. Then, click on the orange button on the lower right corner of the page labeled "downloads". Once that page opens, click on "PV Bulletins", click "download" on the bulletin you wish to view or print.

Another reason for you to register on the site!  Private messaging has been added, so you can send messages to other registered users and they will be immediately notified and can respond in kind, or if they're not logged in, will be notified next time they visit.  As with any part of the site, if you have problems, concerns or just want to offer feedback on the technical side of things, please contact This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .   

This site is designed to work for almost every browser and platform, including those that don't have Flash.  For the most part, if you don't have the Flash Player loaded on your computer, you might never miss it.  However, some of the "neat" features of the site (including the streaming audio sermons) will not display, and you will not be presented with the "broken puzzle piece" nor confronted with a "Download Plugin Now?" dialog box... the content will simply be replaced with something your browser can display.  If you don't have Flash, and you'd like to see what you're missing, download it here.
