The Winona Area Chamber of Commerce has teamed with the Alliance Card  company in The SmartTown Program in order to promote local shopping and build community loyalty, while generating funds for Winona non-profit organizations.

With every purchase at participating businesses, this FREE program gives cardholders cash rebates and generates cash for the non-profit organization of their choice.

The SmartTown card is not a credit or debit card and can be used by anyone, age 10 and above.  You simply pay for your purchase at participating Winona merchants as you normally would, then  present  your SmartTown card.  Based on a percentage of the purchase price, a cash reward will then be split 3 ways: 1/3 to the chosen non-profit organization, 1/3 cash back on the card to use at any participating merchant, and 1/3 to Alliance Card.

Cards, pre-designated with Pleasant Valley Church as the non-profit beneficiary, and the list of participating merchants are available at the Information Center.
